The first edition of the Nómadas Ultra Endurance Baja Race was announced, taking place from September 14th to 16th. The race will traverse the Valle de los Cirios, one of the state's most important natural sanctuaries, and will be a true test of endurance, covering 135 kilometers across the peninsula.

According to the organizers, it is a three-stage race designed for experienced athletes, aiming to challenge participants physically and mentally in demanding natural settings. At a press conference, Juan Coronado Ruiz, director of Cotuco, emphasized that these types of events strengthen nature tourism and position Baja California as an ideal destination for high-level sporting competitions that combine adventure, sustainability, and respect for the environment.
